They do not send the regular statement only a statement later saying that you haven’t paid your bill and threatening with notice of intent to report negative information. Ant they do this for months.
Then you call and speak with someone in the Philippines who does not have a clue about how Americans conduct business, good will, and customer service. I asked for a number in the United States and they don’t have one.
I will never use Ally again and will not use a company that does not have a US based customer service line. We have a great country and Americans understand what customer service means.
