Where do i start, you cant understand them, they are rude and unprofessional and they like to hang up on you. I will never use them again.

Ally Financial - Payment arrangements

I was supposed to make two monthly payments. With no late fees. My Credit card was stolen and I could not charge for the Month of March. All I want is to pay my second payment as agreed. 766.00...I am very angry. I have been very good with my payments!!!
