Ally Financial - No compassion

Literally just a bunch of robots. They don’t have any human decency and could care less that you are trying to make an effort through problems currently going on in your personal life. Instead they just ramble on about policy and procedure and only care about collecting money.

Ally Financial Loan Review

Ally auto showed us time and time again that they cannot be trusted to handle business in a lawfull manner. Anyone can come along while you owe on your loan and buy it out from under you. Ally will gladly take the money and send your title with your name on it to the buyer.
