Car payment is $211 and we have paid $225 all along and instead of putting extra toward principal (after multiple calls to do so) they not only don't apply the extra to principal they charged us a fee for paying extra. In 4 years we have paid an extra $656 in 4 years that has disappeared into a black hole.

They are criminals. Don't use them. Use a familiar bank with live humans you can visit. Preferably ones who speak your language.

Our dealer set this up for a new car. We trusted they would use a reputable company. Buyer beware.

The language barrier is terrible. It is like they don't understand basic terms.
