I want my money out of my account now. I have waited long enough with y'all's crazy nonsense. This is retarded. You guys shouldn't be having a business, especially a bank, 'cause clearly you don't know what the *** you're doing. You're restricting my account because I used my money. What sense does that make? I was forced to use Zelle payments to send friends and family in order to access my money at all because of how ridiculously long y'all are making me wait for the debit card as it is, so that's not even my fault. I spent days on the phone with customer support because you all kept messing up and taking money out of my account, sending it to other accounts, 'cause I didn't do that. I don't even know how to do that, and blocking me on Zelle, and now my s***'s restricted. Are you serious? You're punishing me for using my money that I work for. That's hard to understand, isn't it? Now you're holding my money hostage. You're not giving me any information as to how long it might be until it's open or till I get my money. I have a light bill; I was already on an extension. I needed to pay it two days ago. I can't do that because you guys stole my money and are holding it hostage 'cause you're *** hard who don't know how to run a company, especially a bank. You should not be allowed to run the business you're running. In fact, it should be illegal what you're doing. You're stealing from people. What the *** difference does it make what I'm doing with my money that I work for? Has nothing to do with you; it's none of your *** business. You need to give me my money. I want to close that account. I will leave you so many horrible reviews and I will keep calling every day and going and talking to any and everybody that will listen because this is crazy. You guys should be in jail and your customer service rep is a moron, and honey, if you see this, I don't care. You have my information; you can come get it.
Anyways, like I was saying, you guys need to be shut down. I'm going to leave you the worst reviews and every single day, every 5 minutes if I have to. Give me my money now. I need to pay my bills; that's what I have a bank account for, not for you all to steal the account, shut it down, and just use the money as you see fit. You're not even telling me how long it's going to be for y'all to investigate why I spent my money. It's not even my fault I had to use Zelle payments. That's your fault for making somebody wait three weeks for a debit card when it's usually five to seven business days for most banks. What the *** do I have to wait three weeks for the debit card with you all? The only way to access my money was to use Zelle through your website that you provide, might I add. So what harm was it of me using my money to send through Zelle on your website to my friends and family so I have access to my funds at all? That was the only way I can even get to my money until I get the debit card in the mail, which is not even until the end of this month. I still don't understand that. Everything about y'all's business is ridiculous and just flat-out wrong. You guys should not be in the banking business of all things; clearly, you don't know anything about what you're doing. This is the worst, worst company I've ever come across, and I do not ever recommend anybody using you because you're going to get your money stolen. You know why? Because they're going to get mad at you for using your money for some reason, and then they'll shut you down and hold your money hostage like they're doing me and not even give me a guesstimate of how long it might take you all to investigate why I spent my money. What the *** is that? Doesn't even sound right; doesn't even make sense what y'all are doing, and it should be illegal.
And if you don't close the account and send me my money in the mail like yesterday, I'm going to call my lawyer, and then you're going to have a big problem 'cause I'll take your company. This is not right and it is not legal; it can't be. You can't just take people's money because they used it, you f***tards. You’ve been warned. Now close the account and send my check in the mail or you will be speaking to my lawyer very soon, and then maybe I can run your bank considering I'm gonna sue you and own your bank. Try me; I'm so not kidding! You have 3 to 5 business days to close my account and send out a check with my money from my account in the mail or I will see you in court, and I promise you I will keep leaving messages and bad reviews every ten minutes until you fix this. How dare y'all punish me and take my money hostage because I used my own money? Why is wrong? Y'all, are you slow or stealing? It's hard to tell.
I will make sure everyone knows how horrible your bank really is, and I recorded the calls too, just like y'all did, so try me if you want to; I will love seeing y'all explain to the judge why you stole my money and refused to give me a valid reason or a time of being returned, and y'all treated me like I was a criminal when I was a customer who was left with no choice but to use Zelle through your app to access my funds and send to family and friends to get money out due to the fact I don't have a debit card yet, and that's the only way I could get my funds. So again, not my fault, but you treated me like this was a crime to use my cash to pay bills or get food or whatever I want to use my money for. It's none of y'all's concern. What kind of bank are you anyways?? Makes no sense at all, and I'm hell-bent on making it so known. I'm really hoping you'll go ahead and write that check for my balance and put it in the mailbox today or tomorrow because every few minutes I'm going to leave a text, and I'm going to leave another email, and I'm going to leave another few horrible reviews because I'm speaking the truth, and there is nothing wrong or illegal about that. So I'm going to be a busy girl until you get busy writing my check and closing my account. I will make sure nobody uses your company if I can have anything to do with it 'cause I'm going to start typing and I'm not going to stop until you start writing. So you better get on it; that's not a threat, it's a promise. You're holding my money hostage; you're stealing from me. I was a customer who was left with no choice because you guys don't know how to run a business. I had to use a platform through your site; therefore, you're compatible with it.
