It tole forever to get a number to call and when I did couldn't get through. After several other different numbers I was finally able to get to talk to someone and they hung up on me. So i called back snd told the next person what happened and they sent me to who i needed to talk to and after that it went ok

Ally has the worse web sight of all. When try to make a payment, the auto comes up. I don’t have this problem with other creditors. Your web sight is the reason I haven’t made payments. Any removals of late payments fees should be removed.
