Ally Financial - Customer service
The customer service is outsourced to India. They are completely rude and get attitudes if you trying to get a clarification or ask questions. They won’t allow you a customer satisfaction survey either. I talked to 3 representatives today and 2/3 were not representative of true customer service and a horrible, irritating experience.

My wife and I have been trying for 2 months to get a copy of her car title so we can transfer the registration from her old address. She called 3 seperate times, each time being told the title would be sent and we should receive it in 3-5 days. It never showed up....Read more

I cosigned a car for my daughter, the first day of the payment due date i would get phone calls 5 times a day. She showed me it was paid the day before by western union , I thought ok they are just doing their job . My daughters car was stolen and totalled by a bunch...Read more

Ally Financial - Interest Rate
Should Be 11 percent I’m being charged 22.11 . I got the contract out it says 11 percent . I’m payed up until sept 29.2019 the lady I call said they raise it daily . I still make a payment and they still take interest out for the extra 100 I pay plus the payment.
Ally Financial - Accents, accidents and annoyed
2018. I crashed my car. I have been waiting 1 month now for papers I have requested THREE times. Each time they say that I didnt do it the last time. What does it take? Also everyone who answers the phone has a thick accent. At this point im just pissed off.
Ally Financial - Fraudulently charging for payments after vehicle was paid of
Car was a total loss after an accident. Insurance company and gap company paid for vehicle. Received lein release. Almost a year later Ally is still trying to say more money owed. They are wrongly reporting to credit bureaus.
