My and my husband car payment was due on dec 10 th 2019 due to bad family emergency I had to leave that same day to go out of state didn’t return to late Jan 10 th 2019. So payed dec payment on Jan 11 th they report on Jan 10 th . They said they try calling but number was disconnected that was a lie it was not . They don’t leave voicemail either Never received anything about being late in mail when I got back .

I call them to ask for goodwill adjustment they said no they obligated to report .

They have no grace period . Customer service sucks

. They mad e my score drop 110 points I had were I could buy a house now I can’t . Now I have to hire a credit repair company to fix this mistake and pay agin . Once I get back refinance with a different company

No sythomy at all for emergency . I told them I had them money if they would of called . They new there were wrong about posting it and someone dial an wrong number I am so pissed

Reason of review: No grace period and late payment on credit file.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Ally Financial Cons: Bad company practice.

Update not resolve yet they had late put back on again . In there letter it states the number was disconnect I went you cell provider it was not disconnect I have proof .then the call the nex t and it busy .

Woe how can that be disconnect and now busy . Why do you report same day payment is due . Stay away the mess your credit up . I am getting ready go report them to fair credit reporting act .

And getting ready to file a c Liam against them . Read the revie w on pissed off reports and on here .

Aim to do better . My other loan company givres a t5 day grace before the report not on day it is due .

You received the money the day you needed it. You owe reciprocity ; pay the bill, on time, and you won't have a problem.

Don't wait until the last second to make payments. "They" didn't drop your credit score - YOU did. Admit it, get over it, and move on. You did not lose $700 as you have claimed, the company nearly did.

Your ego is bruised because you screwed up and had to atone for it. You're embarrassed and should be.

I didn't received money from them it was for monthly auto payment . My father in law had a hard attack behind the wheel of a car we left as soon as I got a call.

They never did a followup call or nothing they said my phone was disconnected was bs never been disconnected .they said it recorded when it get processes I paid on the 8 th . They don't have a grace period either .
